Start your day surrounded by the beauty of Serengeti National Park. After breakfast, head out for a full-day game drive. The morning begins along the Seronera River, a key water source for the park’s wildlife. Here, you might see elephants bathing, lions resting, or zebras grazing.

Your expert guide will share fascinating details about the park’s ecosystem and its famous kopjes, ancient rocky formations that provide shelter for predators and other creatures.

Lunch will be a memorable experience, enjoyed right in the heart of the bush. Afterwards, continue exploring the Serengeti, where the landscape changes with the light, and every turn could reveal a new sighting.

From the towering giraffes to the graceful cheetahs, the Serengeti’s wildlife never disappoints. Don’t miss the chance to spot the Kori Bustard, the heaviest bird capable of flight.

For those who booked a hot air balloon safari, your day begins early with a serene aerial view of the Serengeti, followed by a bush breakfast and champagne. Afterwards, you’ll rejoin the group for the rest of the day’s adventure.

As the sun sets, return to your lodge for a delicious dinner and a peaceful night’s rest.

Start your day with breakfast and a final morning game drive in the Serengeti National Park, exploring the Seronera area, a wildlife-rich region with a year-round water supply from the Seronera River. This area is home to majestic lions, large herds of elephants, and hippos. Your guide will share interesting insights about the animals and their behaviours.

For an added experience, visit the Serengeti Visitor Centre, where you can learn about the park’s ecosystem and its conservation history. The work of Bernhard Grzimek and the Frankfurt Zoological Society is highlighted here. Even around the centre, you might spot hyrax, mongoose, or colourful birds.

After lunch, drive toward the Ngorongoro Conservation Area, crossing Serengeti’s vast plains. Along the way, you’ll pass the Simba Kopjes, famous rocky outcrops, and stop at Naabi Hill Gate to enjoy incredible views or spot a vibrant agama lizard.

Reach Ngorongoro Lion’s Paw Camp in the evening, where a delicious dinner awaits.

Your day begins with an early breakfast before a 6:00 AM departure to the Ngorongoro Crater, one of the world’s most breathtaking natural wonders. Descend into this massive volcanic caldera to explore its diverse habitats and remarkable wildlife.

As you drive through the Lerai Forest, watch for elephants wandering among the dense greenery. Nearby, the swampland, often called the “elephant graveyard,” attracts older tuskers, drawn by the soft grasses.

The crater is alive with wildlife, including around 120 lions, thousands of gnu, zebras, hyenas, and the rare black rhino. Buffalo, jackals, gazelles, and elands roam the plains, while flamingos and other vibrant bird species gather at Lake Magadi.

After an exciting morning game drive, enjoy a picnic lunch in the crater before starting your journey back to Arusha. The drive, approximately 3.5 hours, offers time to reflect on your incredible safari adventure. Dinner is not included this evening.

Departure Note: The safari ends in Arusha at 5:00 PM. If you have an early morning flight, book an extra night’s stay in Arusha.
